Seaside Real Estate is owned and operated by Ron Maddox, Broker-in-charge. Prior to moving to Beaufort and starting Seaside Real Estate Ron worked in real estate in Atlanta in his own business as a registered architect and consultant. He spent over 20 years as a consultant serving individual clients in a professional capacity focusing on their specific needs and solutions.
In September 2000, Ron began making personal real estate investments in Beaufort by purchasing his first oceanfront home. In the following few years he purchased four, more oceanfront homes as long-term investments as well as other properties including an office building. He and his family relocated to Beaufort in June 2004. All his investment properties are maintained and managed by Seaside Getaways a property management company operated by his wife that manages over 75 properties. Ron continues to invest and purchase real estate in today's market.
"Now is the time". Ron strongly believes that "now", more than ever, is the ideal time to invest in real estate. The current economic cycle is an opportunity to invest, knowing it is a long-term hold. There is a large inventory, ideal selections, attractive pricing and strong motivation "to sell".
